An alarming number of Americans have fallen ill with the flu. All 50 states—except
Hawaii– have reported widespread flu activity. An estimated 13.3 million people in the
U.S. have the flu, and approximately 6 percent of Americans seeking medical care now
have flu symptoms, according to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Some regions have been hit harder than others, such as Arkansas and California.
The state of California tracks fatalities among people younger than 65, and there were
32 in a single week, which makes it the deadliest week of the flu season. But clearly,
most flu victims are older individuals. In Los Angeles County alone, there have
been 96 flu-associated deaths this season, and 82 of those fatalities were adults over
65.
The CDC estimates that even in a mild year, flu kills about 12,000 Americans
nationwide, and in bad years, it kills up to 56,000. Most of those deaths are among
adult seniors ages 60 and up. It’s no wonder that pharmacies. Drugstores and vaccine
manufacturers are constantly running advertisements for flu shots that target seniors,
preying on their fears, and convincing them that without a flu shot, their health is
severely compromised.
But the question remains: Should everyone get a flu shot?
That depends on whether or not you believe that a flu vaccination is actually effective
in preventing you (and other members of your family) from getting the flu. Experts
estimate that this year’s flu shot may prevent infection only about 10 to 30 percent
of the time.
Much has been reported about the necessity of getting a flu shot, but no mention is
made about the side effects of vaccinations. The U.S. government does not require
vaccine manufacturers to disclose such information. The fact is that flu vaccinations
cause much more harm than good.
It all depends on the ingredients contained in the flu shot. Typically, the vaccine
contains formaldehyde, aluminum, mercury, and ethylene glycol, or anti-freeze. These
neurotoxins accumulate in the brain and have been shown to damage brain and
immune system function. A flu shot injects these neurotoxins directly into your
muscles, and oftentimes, even into your bloodstream, thereby causing the immune
system to ignore the steps it would normally take to combat the flu virus. This creates
greater risks to your health.
Flu vaccines also typically contain phenols and viral contaminants that have been shown to cause cancer. There is also a link between Alzheimer’s and flu vaccinations, as confirmed by research conducted by one of the world’s most respected immuno-geneticists, Hugh Fudenberg, M.D. Dr. Fudenberg’s 10-year research found that the risk of developing Alzheimer’s Disease is 10 times greater in individuals who have had flu vaccinations for 5 or more consecutive years, than in those who have had only one, two, or no flu shots at all. This risk is attributed to the additive Thimerosal, which is a mercury compound. Flu vaccines contain 25 grams of mercury in each dose, an amount that is 250 times greater than the safety guidelines set by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
It goes without saying that the risk is just not worth it, especially when you take into
account the fairly low probability that flu shots can prevent the flu virus. The Archives of
Internal Medicine reports that although there has been a 50% increase in the number of
individuals over 65 getting a flu shot in recent years, there has been absolutely no
decrease in the number of flu-related deaths among seniors.
“There is no evidence that any influenza vaccine is thus far effective in preventing or
mitigating any attack of influenza,” states Dr. Anthony Morris, the former Chief Vaccine
Control Officer of the U. S Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
A superior alternative to preventing the flu virus and recovering from the flu– without
the necessity of getting a flu shot– is drinking ozonated water. Ozonated water, which
is simply water that has been infused with ozone via an ozonator, is an efficient way of
oxygenating the body and accelerating the healing process. Research shows that
drinking ozonated water has contributed significantly to the prevention and healing of
not only the flu virus, but also carcinoma, ulcers, gum disease, allergies, colds, thrush,
gastritis, cold sores, yeast infections, circulatory problems, dental infections, headaches
and a host of other ailments. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of ozonated water daily
establishes a high level of oxygenation in the body, facilitates detoxification and

variety of diseases, by far the simplest, and equally viable and effective way to
oxygenate the body, strengthen the immune system (making it impervious to the flu
virus and practically all diseases), and heal the body, is via food-grade hydrogen
